Note: 1/6 HP and 1/3 HP units must be ran on a dedicated 15 amp circuit. It is strongly recommended that an electrician ensures unit is on its
own dedicated circuit. All units must be properly cleaned and maintained. Failure to do so could void warranty. Units should be elevated at
least 6” from the ground. 1/3 HP units come standard with 6” legs. All units are 115V/60HZ/1P and include a 6’ plug and chord. Please note
that all glycol concentrate should be mixed with distilled water.

Warranty: UBC Group offers a 1 year parts & labor, 5 year compressor warranty on all units. Please note that Rochester Store Fixture will provide
a warranty claim form in the event of any warranty work needed, however, warranty claims should be filed with UBC Group directly.
