PARTS IN STOCK SHIP MONDAY - FRIDAY ONLY (EXCLUDING MAJOR US HOLIDAYS). WHOLESALE BEER PARTS WILL HONOR ALL NEXT DAY AIR AND 2ND DAY AIR ORDERS IF POSSIBLE - MUST CALL IN ORDER AND BE QUOTED SHIPPING CHARGE - NDA NOT AVAILABLE THROUGH ONLINE ORDERING . IF ORDERS ARE RECEIVED AFTER UPS HAS PICKED UP, ORDER WILL SHIP THE FOLLOWING DAY. WHOLESALE BEER PARTS WILL TRY TO SHIP ALL STOCK ORDERS IN A TIMELY MANOR, PLEASE REACH OUT TO US FOR EXACT SHIP DATES. ITEMS NOT STOCKED BY WHOLESALE BEER PARTS WILL BE DROP SHIPPED FROM THE MANUFACTURERS, FROM VARIOUS LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES. Shipping Policy

Most items in this catalog are shipped from our stock, Rochester, NY unless otherwise noted. UPS-USPS: We ship via UPS or USPS if items do not exceed their limits. Shipping, handling and insurance charges will be added to customer’s invoice. 

FREIGHT: Items too large to be shipped via UPS or USPS will be shipped by a freight company. We will be happy to provide you with an estimate of freight charges. All freight shipping and handling charges will be prepaid and added to customer’s invoice or shipped freight collect. ANY NEED OF A LIFT GATE OR RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY MUST BE MADE KNOWN DURING "DELIVERY DETAILS" UPON CHECKOUT, failure to do so will result in a charge back to customers credit card for the additional service fees, if lift gate is used upon delivery, or truck delivers to residential address.  Please call to speak with a customer service representative at 800-821-0114 with any questions.

ALL GLYCOL UNITS AND TRUNKLINE MUST SHIP LTL FREIGHT.

UPS/USPS/FREIGHT DAMAGE: The customer is responsible for inspecting and unloading shipments.When carrier accepts merchandise he assumes responsibility for safe delivery. DO NOT SIGN for shipments until you are satisfied that there is no apparent damage or shortage. Any problems must be noted on the shipping receipt with the driver and reported to Wholesale Beer Parts immediately. SAVE ALL SHIPPING MATERIALS FROM ANY DAMAGED SHIPMENT. If there is concealed damage, notify the shipper within five days and request an inspection. All freight claims are the customer’s responsibility. We will assist you upon request.
